Reggie Miller’s Looking Good…
Everyone’s favorite Internet hero, Brian “Boom Goes the Dynamite” Collins, is now gainfully employed as a news reporter in Waco, Texas. If you don’t know who the “boom goes the dynamite” guy is, then I truly feel sorry for you.
Collins was hired by KXXV in Waco, and had the balls to speak to Dan Patrick about it all.
Mr. Collins was to college television sports reporting what A.C. Slater was to high school radio sports reporting. If that sentence made sense to you, I both respect you and feel for you at the same time.
So, for those who haven’t seen it, and for those who can’t stop watching it, I present once again — Boom Goes the Dynamite:
In retrospect, I’m surprised that Waco was able to grab him before NBC put him on Olympic duty.
Congratulations, Brian — and don’t forget your roots. You may report on what happened at the local courthouse tonight, but you’ll always be “Boom Goes the Dynamite Guy.”
