Anquan Boldin is getting a lot of shit for being pissed on Sunday, and frankly, he needs to be cut a break. Nobody in the NFL has proved their toughness or their “team first” mentality more than ‘Quan, and any NFL football player worth a damn would be equally pissed if he were pulled with no explanation on the potential game-winning drive of the conference championship game. I’ll take 11 Anquan Boldins against your 11 non-Anquan Boldins and we’ll see who does better. And for the record, I covered the Cardinals for Anquan’s first couple of years in the league and I know first hand what kind of cat this is. Give him a break, he wanted to be on the field.

Some idiot Arizona Cardinal fan(s) vandalized Donovan McNabb’s home in Chandler, Arizona this weekend by burning “Go Cards” into his lawn. This is what happens when you take a team with 4000 people in its fan base and have 2 million more jump on the bandwagon in three weeks — you’re bound to get some losers on there. McNabb’s wife and children were home at the time.

Tim Tebow dramatically ripped his sling off his arm in front of the Gators crowd at a home basketball game this weekend. That’s nothing — did you see him land that plane last week?

Manny Pacquiao still won’t take 50-50 to fight Ricky Hatton. I think they should just tell him they’ll bump it up to 60-50, and just give him half. Judging by who the guy surrounds himself with, no one would ever notice.
